I am working with a nonprofit organization that will be using this home for a program that is geared strictly to homeless veterans to find them suitable housing and assistance with finding jobs.

The ADUs that the most experienced are adding leverage bonus density program or other such rules to add multiple units and for the most part they exit.  

Has any of you look into the new "Renda Segura" program in the municipality of Lisbon?

Sounds like the government the current programs aren't working so lets open up new programs under new names and forget about those other ones.

I have been using Stessa for years and don't want to lose all that I have stored in the program. 

This criteria is for 1-4 and 5-8 unit programs.

.- After closing, you can do some of the work yourself to save money, but the program doesn't allow you to pay yourself.You will want to buy a Class B property, maybe Class C+, in an area that seems to be improving.

Which S8 "guru" program did you drink their kool-aid?

Of course you take govt programs.
