Hi I went to the Toronto one and split the 300 with a friend and to be honest all it was for me was entertaining and I was picking up on their sales techniques and I am in sales so it was funny to hear it.

I am thinking of moving out of Toronto into the boonies somewhere like London and buy a house for about $250k max, live in it for 3-5 years then when ready to leave canada sell it, or turn it into a rental property.

In the future I hope to purchase my first home in Toronto, however due to the high prices of real estate in Toronto I am considering buying an investment property outside of Toronto first and continuing to live on rent in Toronto.
