I can't seem to find a clear answer:  If a family is renting my SFH and then a registered sex offender moves into neighboring home, can my renters legally break lease and move (for reason of proximity of offender)?

it doesn't matter to me....i test realtors for their knowledge by asking few serious questionsnot if you connect with them or not...for me sex doesn't matter...what matters to be most is if they really intended to help you truely...thankssunsmicro

It is necessary that you finish a project that is visible to other homeowners so as to not be an eyesore; it is necessary to ensure they aren't doing drugs, harboring terrorists, keeping children sex-slaves, etc.

You must ask about children, sex and age, as to be compliant with HUD regulations.
