I would just like to add that I don't believe there is a one size fits all solution nor one supreme option that stands above the rest. 

And I posted another article around the same time as this one about the Supreme Court deciding that it's okay for politicians to get large contributions from pretty much any source.

We get another lib supreme court judge thursday.

That is being contested in FL supreme court this year, but that contest hearing doesn't not change the common interpretation of each and every due date on a loan stands to be a point of acceleration upon 120 days past due.  

The FL Supreme Court finally ruled on this.  

Organize the resistant, over throw the government, and become the supreme leader of America.

Somehow, I have to believe that if there was anything illegal about saying you don't allow pets for your rental, there wouldn't be thousands of leasing ads put out every day with that same message.Just because some crazy lady tries making her argument and claims she has the law on her side, doesn't mean she's a supreme court justice.Just the fact that she's claiming they could sue you and would own the house itself if you don't rent to them shows the kind of nonsense you're dealing with.

It is a supremely personal question as for *how much* you can or should agree to.

Also, my wife is a Realtor and is supremely confident in our ability to sell the house when it is done, windows or not (but at a lower price).I appreciate your concern and words of caution though.
