People who invest in the south/southwestern part of the country often are dealing with a very young housing stock, so they can afford to make a statement like "Anything built before 1978 is a deal breaker."

It's a strong market, great appreciation and strong rental market, but that' been every major city in southwestern  Ontario for a few years.  

You can have some swings depending on Southwestern Energy is doing but it's not like UCA is going to up and move away.

Once you have down that, start look into properties in Southwestern Raleigh.
