I know people have said stay away from the south east and these are some of the neighborhoods that are considered “good” but I feel like the numbers are not great in these areas.

DEMAND – The Miami Migration is still going strong as reported by the Miami Association of Realtors, “Migration into Southeast Florida remains strong.

#2 If I were going to look at Class A and new build, I think I would be looking north vs south, east, or west.#3 I would look at the average/median incomes in the zip where you are being pitched and see if that supports rent.#4 I see a lot of these deals and talk with lots of investors....going to giant investor meeting tonight in fact.

People still love the Southeast and its shining star, the ATL.

Most of the tornadoes seem to be occurring in the southeast the last few years.

My partners and I have purchase 2 KMarts, 4 warehouses, 2 mills, and a grocery store that have been converted to Class A Climate Controlled self storage facilities across the southeast, currently $160 million in assets under management at stabilization.
