I think managers would be liable for contract and landlord tenant issues.. but not deficiancies with the home.IE if the PM did not give back deposit or red lined or something like that out of your controlas for the property itself..

these are folks that just work for commission- so if the property is a 45k property verses the 1.2 m property they work harder on the big commissionI need folks that work just as hard on the 45-95k properties as they would on the 245k propertiesthat's my bookanyone can fill out a boiler plate contract and can file all the right forms into tittlesome realtors will only mls properties at a certain monetary level- kind of like redlining which is illegal but most of all unethicalit still happens so in my book- a hard working realtor is a person who looks at all avenues of getting the deal done no matter what the circumstances and or the commission baseenjoy

In addition, the ibuyers are potentially redlining certain neighborhoods as evidenced by the fact that not one single home in certain parts of Las Vegas has been purchased by any ibuyer - Opendoor stated plainly that they target certain neighborhoods.
