So I have used this with success as well.. now obviously its not mass market its identify through property radar what I want then go after it hard.. this is how I used Property Radar and my lawyer to buy that one I Lake Oswego that fell under the radar I had zero competition . so for CA investors property radar identify your targest then go hard at them.. shot gun approach to me is just that .. hit with 99% misses and what happens is you get discouraged and you quit.. unless your going to say I am going to spend 100k shot gunning per year and have the back up staff to run this stuff down..
