The term could be translated as “protected area” or “zone or protection”, or Berlin Rent control.

My gut reaction suggests that it may be wisest to hit the foreign market for people who desire asset protection or have some other interest in the area. 

But there's no good reason to skimp on asset protection or any service best completed by a professional familiar with your situation. 

From what I am seeing even if the LLC has good tax returns for years the lenders are still wanting the personal guarantee as an extra layer of protection or other properties you own in case of default.

The ideal asset protection or tax structures are largely depend on personal finances, risk aversion, and estate planning.
