I would like to buy patents and license them (there is no money in photography or video these days - the microstock websites have killed that niche).Real Estate - I own single family homes that I bought as distressed property - I'll continue to do that if an opportunity presents itself and I'm liquid, I have some property tax liens on land I am foreclosing on (with a plan to seller finance the properties if I successfully foreclose).Stocks - I have a VERY small tax deferred portfolio - I like Ford (is that contrarian?)

When I sold my own home last fall, I listed it on the MLS with professional photography, then scheduled an open house on the MLS and put up signs.

At one point, I had marketed my photography services to several agencies in upscale towns.

It could be bad photography.

Whether that's through providing photography\videography services, running errands, or unskilled labor if it's something I can do I am willing to do it.See you around the forums!
