I personally think that in the near future even colleges will be outdated.

This is what I am seeing in my market where a large percentage of home sales are estate sales with properties that are outdated significantly (lower purchase price) but comps for those homes haven't dropped compared to what they were selling at 2 years ago.

With how quickly the neighborhoods have been changing here in Columbus I wouldn't trust a Map that is 3 years old with out dated information.

I would encourage you to go the legal route instead of trusting the tenants word on their move out date if you are skeptical.
