When the former homeowner dies, or leaves the property to live in assisted living/nursing home, I take possession of the property. 

None of them are currently occupied by nurses or doctors.

I own two homes and am a registered nurse.

But I’m cooking to make them into medical student (residents) or travel nurse homes. 

With the new/larger Valley Hospital in Paramus and several travel nurse postings around there, it seems like that may attract some potential renters to the area (at least from a healthcare perspective). 

How far do traveling nurses prefer to be from the hospital, the houses I'm looking at range from 15 minutes away to 5 minutes away.

I know this works for STRs, but I feel like it may be awkward for an MTR considering the nurses will essentially live together and be roommates for several months.

How would I contact nurse recruiting agencies? 

I remember thinking how absolutely absurd it was to still be living this way after tripling my income, and on top of that my Wife was getting ready to graduate nursing school which would add even more income but, I had no clue how to keep it from disappearing every month and wondering what happened.

Knowing your market/demand drivers it going to be key, especially if you are looking to MTR (traveling nurses, military, students, etc).
