It’s hit and miss, really need to deeply understand what they offer, if they will work for you or against you, whether they sign the lease or you (I prefer me, to reduce that lock jn).

What am I missing?

There's a lot to digest but I'll try and give an overview while missing a bunch of info I'm sure.

Lender A misses this or doesn't have this knowledge and then tells you a week before closing that your rate is changing because the program they quoted wont work once the issue is caught. 

They did miss a few scheduled calls with me 3.

If the tenant misses a payment the full amount becomes due. 

He has informed me that the tenant has never missed a payment and has not caused any problems.

That's often what I found to be missing...

I just don't want to waste my realtors time with backing out on 2 deals in 1 monthmaybe I am missing something but why two closing's?
