I can't imagine someone with this history so fiscally irresponsible!

I would have to imagine folks who are competent enough to represent this type of value-add are typically focusing on larger opportunities than small to mid-size SFR portfolios.  

I have more than enough private investors willing to pour their money in and I realize that there are diminishing returns when considering time spent looking for deals or deal finders and the amount of deals I close.I'm a real believer of the Pareto law which states that 20% of effort leads to 80% of results.

STR....I can only imagine the groups of individuals who will rent this house on a short term basis.

The mentor will have an opportunity to know you, see your determination and will, and then decide to pour their time and energy into helping you develop.

Imagine if he does a perfect install job, but the unit catches fire anyway?

My next door neighbor built their house out of poured in place concrete.

So in reality, I've made $142...luckily I have extra cash and was able to make those LOC payments without taking the Prosper money...but I cannot imagine going into my account and transferring the money out of Prosper to my bank every day over a 2-4 week span...unless you "skip" the initial month and let the cash build up...the point...it's tedious as F*&K to manage.

If you're thinking of living here I imagine operating this will be a challenge.
