In my experience, I've had many "wholesalers" attempt to push me crappy deals, I"m not sure if they are greedy or just inexperienced, though my gut says they are just new and don't know what a deal actually is. 

It's mean and greedy.

We've seen some for sale prices on non-flooded houses in the area go up maybe 10% in the past weeks on the premise that they did not flood.I personally think that it's people being greedy and they won't sell for that.

call yourself anything you want, if you bring a good deal then I'm buying.And if you (anyone) bring something that's clearly not a good deal and it's obvious that you're greedy, clueless, or both then you (anyone) won't be taken seriously again.

To not know or to disregard it is either going to be detrimental to your investments or is purely greedy selfishness.
