I have found that human males have a less sensitive sense of smell than human females.

A stable female single mom, 6 years of renting, never late, always clean, gets with a 'fun' guy, good job, accepts her kid.  

I reinvested proceeds from the rent collected from the first tenant, to spruce up the second bedroom (I call it the nature room) I added a full length body mirror, study desk, a few various wall decors, updated the listing pics (didn’t get to put in service the new comforter and pillows, since I’m still waiting on them to be delivered) changed two small details in my outreach marketing message, and it made all the difference in response rate from the female demographic; since the majority of travel nurses are females, I realized they would not feel safe/confident in booking from, who they presume, is a single male, so I included a profile picture of my gf and I.

But I have noticed a fixation.........you say a female is 400 lbs. and a male-his pee-pee is too small.

In fact, that whole law office was full of jerks, male and female, but they get the job done. 

If he had to address a repair himself he took my mother with him (this was especially true if the renter was a female). 

To ensure that I am following Fair Housing Laws & adhering to my personal standards, is it okay to list/mention that I only will allow one female occupant/tenant for the room that I am renting?
