It's an interesting concept!

But before I give you my play-by-play, let me first overview what this concept includes for anyone new to property management or owning rental properties.

Along with the concept  of leasing properties to an LLC separating personal assets being flat out wrong, there is also no mention of leasing a property to an LLC for additional liability protection.

There is a legal concept that when a contract is ambiguous that it will be interpreted in favor of the party that did NOT write the document.

Definitely prefer cash flow options, but im open to the other concept.

I was raised by "Poor Dad (parents)" who taught me those concepts growing up, and is still mostly their values, but they were also lucky enough to have lived in a time where that worked well enough for them as they retired with a very nice nest egg.
