From my experience with Airbnb, most guests that I have booked my place are usually here for a show at Red Rocks, hang with friends, downtown drinks/dinner, mountain trip, etc.

Anyway, my mother-in-law mentioned over dinner a while ago that they might be moving in the next few years leaving their nice 5 bedroom 3.5 bathroom house in Broomfield, Colorado vacant!

@Michinori Kaneko I agree with @Matt K. most of my friends easily afford $2,000/ month rent/mortgage payments but they also drive new cars every other year, buy new expensive clothes every time the wind blows, and go out to $200 dinners regularly.

I'll be attending the dinner tonight. 

By the way, we had dinner at El Charro on Court Ave last saturday and loved it.

Anyone from Chicago attending that wants to grab a drink/dinner after Friday or Saturday's event?

After we closed we got a second notice from the city , ended up being 7k, still made it out positive but 7k would of been a nice extra dinner.
