I do it on the daily for buyers from all over the US. 

 $500/unit is negative in any except the largest of volumes as a specialty.  

It sounds like there's no consistent place to go to given daily rate changes, quotas to hit etc?

Had a newbie client that bought 5 SFR rentals and called us 3-5 times daily.

Transaction volumes will continue to be slowed, but homes that are priced in the $160,000-$250,000 range continue to perform best right now for resale.

I've been a daily user on Bigger Pockets for about 12 or so years.

I would find that to be pretty much not possible with a high volume listing agent.

Often you are getting a pretty sizeable discount for your efforts, resulting in both captured equity and cashflow.The best ugly properties go quickly, so when I was looking, I got in the habit of searching daily.  

And congrats on the volume of deals you've done with partnerships, it doesn't make it sound.

It is virtually daily that i see purchases or considered purchases that appear to have no path to success.
