This was my first investment property and I had a poor inspector who missed all the electrical and even though the roof had about 5 years left my insurance company made me do that.

This is basic stuff you missed. 

They would miss out on seeing a big percentage of the houses on the market.  

Airbnb properties can be hit or miss depending on location, seasonality, and regulations.

I love it.However, I really want to hear form the flippers and short-term rental investors to see what I may be missing out on.

Looking for a gut check here because my CPA/tax guy is advising against dumping the brokerage account bc taxes, missed upside - but he also admits to not specializing in real estate asset/tax protection strategies.  

I hope you don’t have friction with your partner because the money got ahead of the work.I’ve had some success hiring workers for the day at the prices the gcs pay them $100-200 but have had my fair share of misses here too.
