I believe the new President will kill the EV mandate . ya I am a Tesla fan boy first to admit it I have owned  5 of them and was going to buy the cybertruck but I really needed a gas vehicle to get back into the fishing areas out here in the west that are 100 miles literally or more back into BLM land National forest or State lands.

Biggest thing to consider is the risk and having a nest egg if things hit the fan.

There are great pitbulls by the way, but I am not a fan of all of this fake ESA stuff.

I'm still a big fan of JVs and Syndications IF the operator really knows their stuff, but I am 100% in agreement with you that many in not most of the synicators that I see on here lack the experience to protect the downside risk.

Anyway, market wise I am a fan of Brunswick County over Wilmington.
