What is the best way to find good general contractors (reasonably priced, delivers on time, committed to quality) ?

I wanted to briefly re-introduce myself (I’m committing to get more active in BP again!) 

It's important to choose that one and commit to using it.

There are 2 group calls per month with Jerome leading the call; it is scheduled at 2 pm PST (not ideal for most people regardless of time zone), Jerome was always late, there is no agenda or plan for the call, his phone reception was interrupted constantly to the point that his line would drop, and each call has ended abruptly with Jerome saying he had another commitment he had to get to.

We don't charge any  up-front fees for this and it shouldn't be necessary, but do watch out for the upfront non-refundable "commitment fee" or "engagement fee."

Develop a turnaround plan for each one and commit to it.

It seems like the best fit for your situation—less time commitment, steady growth, and manageable risk.
