I am looking to start investing outside of my local area.I have been considering looking at some turnkey companies.I am looking primarily to invest in the Denver, Nashville, and Columbia, SC.Wondering if anyone has any success or nightmare stories in those markets.

Personally I have rentals in more affordable parts of Arlington (Columbia Pike Corridor) which in the long term is in the path of progress.

I have not been to Irmo/Columbia for several years, but many speculators made money along the 26 corridor back about 5 years ago.

I spent a better part of a year searching for cash flowing properties in Belleville, Columbia, Waterloo, O'Fallon, Collinsville, Dupo, Edwardsville, etc. 

I live 45 minutes from Greenville and invest in Columbia, the state capital which is about an hour and half away from Greenville. 

I am currently living right outside of Lawrenceburg so I plan to begin investing in Lawrenceburg, Columbia, Waynesboro, Pulaski, or any of the small towns near me.
