@David Friedman I love this.You have huge parking options.You have two arts and cultural destinations there.I think your idea of attracting a restaurant is a great idea to help with the place making of that corner.

I havent had any other experience in the US and with turnkey companies before, I had no bias versus turnkey companies either unlike a lot seem to have in the US so I came in with a clean slate but a very, very carefull and critical mind (someone said "very on the ball", Engelo would say "Pain in the XXXX"), but if the perfect turnkey company existed I believe they would be very close to what OCF is doing (remember that I'm French and in our culture, nobody's perfect !!).

These properties take years to sell and they have big numbers on them 10 mil and up and almost 100% are sold to Japanese or lately Chinese.. .

people outside silicon valley just do not know that the silicon valley has been very dependent to India and China these day that even if the entire silicon valley has only 10 people, company can still operate because they have thousand engineer in India and China.This is very different environment than compare even 2015 where US is still having bargaining position.Lot of American tech product has been swapped by similar Chinese product , especially in Latam and Asia.The threat in CA is also rising because cost of business is rising a lot, so for company that can't strategically move to India they have to move operation and other thing to Texas or Midwest.

I let diet/beauty/fitness culture go years ago and want nothing to do with extremes.
