I guess that -$150 blinded me because I have lost so much more on stock market / bitcoin.

We've actually seen traders that blow up deals and the only explanation is that if they get rid of all their assets, they're causing their jobs to disappear.

However, no person on this forum really knows your investment plan, so if this deal fits into your predefined real estate investing plan, then go for it, especially if you know developers prefer two lots over one.Often time I see this behavior with stock traders.

I am what is known as a swing options trader in the stock market community.

Buy low and sell high is not a real strategy much more complex than that, any real trader knows that. lol Stocks do have their advantages in the liquidity department.
