If other tenants are not complaining, what is your motivation for this course of action?

It is an action to protect the immigrant, to lesson and end exploitation of the immigrant.

I would speak to lawyer and let them review the agreement maybe can do a class action and sue personally the managers if fraud.

Good morning,I do have a question that I wanted to get some insight if there are any glaring cons in my thought process/future action.

Legally, my investment is now depending on Aloha's action.

Their actions have consequences. 

Though I have not personally contributed to these investments for tax credits, I have personally seen these investments in action and these investments can help provide more supply of housing and development that would otherwise not be there.

But if, by whatever course of action, I am not committed to taking the necessary action the goal will never nothing more than a goal. 

As long as you are getting worth out of it and taking action, that's what really matters!
