I am just down the pike in Rockville.

Lawrence is fine, north of Pendleton pike.

North within close proximity to Charlotte Pike might be a play also depending upon the price.Any property can be a good deal depending upon your time horizon.

While in Colo Spgs, CO area - was an officer of the Pikes Peak Landlords & Investors Group.

So that part of Western Massachusetts is under served.Maybe consider doing the meeting a little farther from you but on a place right on the Mass Pike in the Berkshires like Lee.  

I found one house on the border between Pike and Washington townships (supposed to be a nice area, please educate me if I’m wrong).

We are currently pursuing deals on the South side of Atlanta in Henry, Spalding, Pike, and Fayette counties. 

Certainly it is a wise Wholesaler who only wants to buy/market properties that are still a good deal for THEM even if everyone on their Buyers List pikes out.
