Setup all business tools like a CRM, MLS access or RE software suites a webpage digital business cards a Facebook business account. 

I've joined facebook groups and looking around online for a mentor in the city or near the city I plan to invest in, I've connected with someone and plan to speak to them monday but nothing is promised but I'll look into them again.

You can also find real estate investing groups through meetup.com, Facebook, or a Google search.

I’ve been posting almost daily on his Facebook page....

But I dont think he is doing much on the day to day now.. he has been boondocking around the US for the last year or so I follow him on facebook..
