I'm meeting with my agent today to discuss, but remember, this is my first time purchasing a home/investment so any insight would be appreciated.My closing date is scheduled for 11/22 - this is coming up fast!

John and Glen Polo , their agent, has been very courteous and attentive in assisting me with these specific concerns.

It's a garbage fee and some agents pass that on to their client at closing. 

Having an agent to help with negations is also beneficial.

Agent says this happens all the time.

First step, don't contact the listing agent.

Adding to this - any insurance agents here who can take the time to walk me through options rather than just send me a quote then harass me to sign pls message me :)
