When they sanded on Friday, there was still some wet mud in the corners; those needed to be remudded on Friday afternoon.

All other demo has been completed to include replacing all drywall in mud room, bedroom 1 and the bathroom.

The large floor plan included a Living room, Den, mud room, & laundry room which allowed us to secure higher rent making this a great cashflow opportunity.

The regulations are clear as mud.

Every little thing is giant production.I like to maintain a healthy balance of end-goal fantasy and down in mud mucking about.

Wasn’t very expensive but was pry 10 years ago and our garages are only level 1 finished drywall/mud. 

Not to throw mud, but maybe he has had a bunch of claims not insurable?

Just doing the drywall is a week at least, waiting for the mud to dry between coats....

I would also recommend the Hometech book, but in order to have a fundamental understanding of what you're trying to do, you need to undestand exactly how much lumber, how many nails, how much drywall/tape/mud, how long it will take w/how many guys, etc etc etc.

Unfortunately this IRS definition, like so many of theirs, is as clear as mud.
