Here there is a 25 GPG hardness and .2-.8PPM (not sure specifically what my rental has), which leads to buildup and rust, in addition, there has been a history of too high magnesium which caused an advisory from the city itself about potentially unsafe levels of magnesium. 

I have a dozen properties and I don’t spend an hour a month on bookkeeping (maybe 30 minutes). 

As you might imagine, there is some additional context to my situation and if anything would love to learn about some of the challenges you have faced and the reason why you chose to invest in Mexico and went in that direction.

My guess is that most have not learned and will spend the money over paying down debt.  

So those could meet your needs without you having to do any of the management or additional expenses for repairs.

MTR is less spend on furniture, less guests, and at that price point for a buy, will likely make more money and have less upkeep and management.
