If these folks have ever applied for a car loan and or a credit card they have been asked all similar questions, with a similar process.I suppose there are people in our society who have never applied for a car loan and or a credit card and then these folks might be intimidated by this process.

Maybe this trend will suddenly reverse, but it is certainly going the other way right now as American society becomes more stratified and the middle class is squeezed.I do agree it is not smart to bet solely on appreciation and there is certainly risk that the past trends will not continue.

It ought to be free but I want to keep playing with it until its licked and then the public can have it.We all know that it doesn't exist on the open market today and people like Zillow and other so called real estate 2.0 sites are trying to get a handle on it.I don't know who else is working on it but here are the major stumbling blocks from my viewpoint.Psycho-social issueFirst and foremost it must be using rules acceptable to the society of appraisers and the needs of real estate professionals to have any application to these industries but I suspect that once it is proven to work people will use it and just forget about groups that claim a monopoly on information sets or analysis of any kind.

You will learn more in one week than in dozens of guru courses, and take home some useful tools to boot.To summarize, although possibly few, and far between (I blame society in general for this, not the RE profession!)
