It is not too hard to smile and have empathy for families who are just as frightened and scared as the rest of us. 

It's amazing how far an in person smile and a "hello" goes. 

The sellers and their people can't have any grounds for legitimacy to just give you a smile and a thumbs-up here. 

I had a game with myself that every individual I would come in contact with I would have to get them to smile - no matter if it was someone asking for directions, a domestic violence call, a speeder getting a ticket (which I didn’t usually write) or a murderer.

I love when I keep hearing “this market stinks, there’s no inventory out there” I just smile and nod and say “yea you’re right”. 😂🤦🏻‍♂️🙄 Meanwhile the investing game is through the roof.

Ohh Ohh, or  when you sleep next to your woman, or man...And get really close to them  in the middle of the night.Lay at some really weird kinked and bent position almost if someone broke you in 3 pieces.. nd then open your eyes as WIDE as you can and smile really huge showing teeth as you stare DIRECTLY at her face, and then nudge her a bit so she wakes up then quickly assume kinked position smile with eyes REALLY wide open.

These kinds of posts always make me smile.
