Does anyone have a recent Section rental experience in SLC (preferably Sandy) they can share with me? 

Between growing our business into one of the largest STR management companies in South Jersey, building our personal portfolio, and starting a family, my time for forums and reading on platforms like BiggerPockets fell by the wayside.But I’m ready to get back into it—sharing, learning, and connecting with this amazing community.

Basically would he then say he has zero shares?  

I will never live/share a living space with anyone except my wife, not even family members/inlaws.

Or do you mean changing ownership interest?  

The dollar-peso exchange rate benefited us with respect to fees, so we have some extra class A shares we can use as collateral.
