Saniflo is the one I've used but I'm not pleased with the longevity of the float mechanism if it sits unused too long, or the macerating jam sensitivity to any small items, grease, hair gel etc flushed.

:)CA market especially bay area market is very volatile, it's the only market that is so price sensitive to interest rate as mortgage to income ratio is above 0.65 ; midwest mortgage/income is above 0.3 ; as supply is extremely limited we know the house is valued based on auction rather than intrinsic value hahaha the house is almost valued like a tech company in nasdaq lol.......the same 200k lousy 1960 box Single Family in Birmingham,AL could be valued $1.5m in Cupertino,CA lol .... :-)
