The area is semi rural but the town has a nice downtown and suburbs that are desirable to commuters who don’t want to live in East Lansing “MSU” or pay the taxes.

Everything I have ever read about them have been negative, really negative.With any other turnkey or property management company you get your good reviews then your stereotypical semi negative reviews such as they cost to much, communication is slow, I wish they found a tenant faster etc....A lot of that kind of stuff is par for the course & it's usually a combination of the investor being new to the game & how the company operates.

From what I can tell in the area, distressed homes sell for 30-45k and 75k would be an ARV on the semi-conservative side of what a rehabbed home would sell for.
