Very Bill Gulley like.... if your having problems with daisy chains.. ( me personally if I get a hint of a daisy chain last time I ever interact with that person).There are no ethics in wholesaling and no rules... for me if I wanted a property and you think its being shopped by numerous people licensed or not..

Account Closed  and all the land guru's you see on BP buy this stuff at tax sale then do exactly what your talking about.. it just now they charge a bunch of money to teach you how to buy mainly unbuildable landin CA there are probably 1 million parcels like this from one end of the state to the other.watch the Movie Glen Garry Glen Ross.. this was the 50's land game in FLA and very very trueMy dad got started in RE in the early 60s selling land in CA for Boise Cascade.although Boise put in streets and utls and many times a lake golf course and with Pine Mountain lake an airport.the issue was the state and county and the time would let them create 5,000 lots but a water system that would only service 500... and same with sewer.. so as environmental laws got tougher.

Insurance of all kinds is something I have thanked the heavens for on numerous occasions, but still, I always feel like I haven't thought of all the possibilities that could happen... like when someone has flood insurance but discovers they are not covered for hurricane driven water!!  

I have analyzed (probably over analyzed ) numerous properties using various metrics.

I've been in numerous bidding wars on 3 and 4 unit multi-family properties in Allegheny county, and learned a lot in that time.Due to the recent challenges, and expanding my knowledge, I've opened myself to cities with high growth, sustainability, and median house prices.

There are numerous markets to invest in for real estate as everyone knows.

We have had numerous clients and family purchase investment property, and we would like to get involved ourselves.  

I've even sent a list of possible properties in numerous zip codes.

With this logic, it seems she could say that there were numerous damages or missing items from the past that she expects us to pay for - I don't think she's doing that but it still doesn't feel right.

What did get me nervous, however- is when I was searching online... there were numerous sites that said uneven tile could be the cause foundation problems (house settling too much, etc.), and I don't know much but I DO know that foundation problems are something that I really, really want to avoid (especially when paying at / a tinyyy bit above market).Question is- with the house looking in otherwise great condition, how can one spot a foundation problem?
