It's a cool town with a good bar / restaurant scene and the commuter rail is like 20 minutes into Boston (you also have the ferry option).

Not like, they don’t matter, but just that, they have a process and a flow and they will get done…it becomes really invaluable when in the heat of things as a realtor to know that background and have familiarity with the behind the scenes part of real estate.  

Networking with the right individuals is extremely difficult, and the technology coming on the scene is really getting creative.
