Do you feel that if you hire the right property manager, it would be more beneficial to invest in the properties yourself?

Change your name insured to the land trust.Later you will assign the beneficial interest of the land trust to your LLC.

Then later assign the beneficial interest to the LLC.

We used to use Vermont Mutual and now use Ohio Mutual - all duplex properties in NH.

It was a great way to earn some passive income and performs a lot better than the mutual funds it has been sitting in for past 7 years.

I frequently have clients who ask for me to write in "or assigns" after the buyer name to make the contract assignable and I typically think it is a redundancy, but also think if it makes the contract more clear to all parties so that there are no surprises once under contract then its beneficial.
