While I fully understand your view, and that using your terms it makes sense, I feel I must point out that your entire point is based on a misunderstanding of what is in Rich Dad. 

For example, misunderstanding one of those crazy rules can result in an audit and penalties but not in criminal charges.

“A little less formal” results in misunderstandings, deception, fraud, and costly lawsuits.  

I think you may misunderstand the "lease breaking penalty".

Some details illustrate a misunderstanding of the way a mortgage or deed of trust operate.  

You’re correct on your assessment, but that’s assuming we know details about a particular deal, which I do not think we do.Your statement highlights the common misunderstanding of syndications that I wrote about in the past.
