Hey @Cesar Sabio thank you for taking the time to respond, I prob learn more from your response than what I learned from my Agent so far.

This is great to learn @Katie Accashian   I just spoke with FF rep yesterday and of course they were heavy on the sales pitch to get me on there.  

I have been interview these folks and almost down to the right folks.What I am seeking from the community is experience from those that have done this and have been successful but also those that have pitfalls to learn from those to either not make the same mistake, or do what works.

I highly recommend attending real estate networking events to meet more people is this space and pick their brain and learn more from their projects and see what is working and what is not.

It is a great place to learn and network with out investors in the Peoria area.
