In addition, depending on where you buy the schools could be pretty well rated.  

lol)So naturally a few years ago after graduating from school I became real estate obsessed.

We are both from Marlton, NJ (South Jersey), but he has since moved to Greenville, NC to pursue a career down there when he graduates after this semester from East Carolina.I am closing on my first deal as we speak and he has begun to look at places for himself.  

Speaking to you family life, we have a similar story with 2 young (not in school yet) kids.

I am in school but TA covers tuition cost and i was going to use whatever student aid and loan came from the fafsa.

I would look at townhome condos in A and B class cities with very strong employment markets, and good schools.   

Hello fellow BiggerPockets Investors,My wife and I have invested in single family rental properties for the past 9 years and we're now looking to 'graduate' into multi-family.

None of my properties flooded, but schools are closed and a lot of employers are keeping their employees home all week.

It is located less than one block from an elementary school.

We will be relocating to NE Ohio from Gila Bend, Arizona after the school year and will be investing heavily there.
