I also wanted to avoid anything that gives a renter "Tenant's Rights" when conducting a shorter term rental and not having to deal much with these rights by staying to shorter stays has honestly been a great relief!

I think it’s certainly a possibility but I really depends on how the injunctive relief is written, the judge certainly could change the entire industry with one pen stroke, not to mention all the other lawsuits out there, plus doj looking into things, in fact I think it’s likely something significant does change.

After all, if the govt really cared they would allow for relief from paying mortgages, right?
