You replying to his agent that his offer w/ contingencies was declined, after specifically stating no contingencies would be considered, was going a step above all in of itself versus just deleting the email all-together.

I was going to delete both posts after how foolish I have sounded but I decided to keep it up due to the positive outreach from others.

I am afraid to delete a duplicate property because of the payments tied to them. 

Decided to delete message as it sounded like an advertisement and that's not what I like to do in the forums :)

I would also delete the fake / non-review that's there as a temporary placeholder.

That code expires whenever we set it up to expire or when we manually delete the code.  

You can't delete a lease that you've added.
