Hi Anthony,It’s great to see your focus and dedication to learning about real estate investing, especially with such clear goals for your family and future.

I came across BP - and the resources and community here are just so vast and meaningful, I had to join.

I just took a course and was learning about market research, like looking at population per capita in an area and average income, among other things, and comparing those factors in one community where there may be a property you are interested it to another community.

It’s like a community of real people sharing real experiences, which has helped me learn so much.

There are a few MTR Facebook groups that are very active and the community is always sharing MTR booking leads.

He's a local legend in the Northeast community.
