My experience is identical to that of @Ronald RohdeInstead of being upset, I would be glad they didn't try to call your loan.

^ I would be extract careful dealing with people from Africa since fraud and identity theft is high there.

This all being said, all things being equal, the deals are nearly identical at the end of the day market rents for both areas range from about $550-$700 dependant on many factors.
