I also think The Book on Negotiating Real Estate by J Scott, Carol Scott, and Mark Ferguson contains a ton of information that is not regularly discussed on RE podcasts, other RE books, or forums, so it has the potential to teach you a ton.

@Jennifer Maiolo I am going to run into this issue as well and researching options to meter separate circuits for energy use and either bill it back or contain a certain not to exceed amount in the lease.

I have found a Chinese manufacturer that will ship me a container full of counters, toilets, tubs, etc. and the discount is pretty significant, but between the low price and some language barrier, this gives me some concern about quality, correct measurements, etc.

Unless the seller specifically specifies to their agent something like "I do not want to be presented any offer that contains owner financing" then they would have to present.
