Those doors and trim that look good enough to keep when you first walk through a property in bad shape will look pretty rough once everything else around them is new and/or freshly painted.

But the property will need a 10.000$ investment in second hand furniture paint job to be ready for sell or rent. let`s say i`m flipping for 60-70.000$ how much am i gettting for ROI Wise about 20%.And can i make that sale in 2 months because other properties are selling for the same price and my property has a new paint job?

I spent 30k to fix it up including a new roof, painting over strong smoke smell, and converted an office so it was a 5 br and slept in the new bedroom and rented out the other 4 to young professional women like myself.
