The problem is Florida is very competitive and there are so many investors are out there. 

The last time I was out there I definitely noticed the growth in downtown Suffolk...I still like vb but man it’s gotten competitive!

Based on what you shared, if you are competing with wholesalers you are likely in the most competitive price point space on the MLS.

Given the population of Roseville and it's proximity to Sac, which also has a ton of properties available for longer stays, I would imagine there's a lot of competition.

It's a bit of a mix-up, but the idea is to make the whole buying and selling process clearer and more competitive, which could end up saving people money.

Am I in too competitive of a market (Atlanta, GA) bc there are actually people still buying these deals and ridiculous prices?

I have been looking for a home in Southern California... which I do not want to go the typical route because of competition and also my tax returns are not so friendly to conventional lenders.  

What does it take to be competitive in your market and how are you going to market it?
