I wouldn't expect A+ offerings to take hold for a while until the smoke clears on this nonsense.  

The fire departments report determined that the fire was caused by the tenant throwing a cigarette into the trashcan, and also mentioned finding drugs on the premises. 

According to one of the leases I have read, the tenant is responsible for changing the furnace filters and smoke detector batteries so nobody will be in for that.  

If you are getting a smoking deal or the market is full of buyers, they'll let you walk.

Well the city came and did the inspection but flagged the property saying Smoke detectors, GFi sockets had to be installed, and some wires had to be repaired before they would release the property for electricity.

The official report comes in next week which I'm told will likely have more.1) Electrical in the bathroom is off and causing issues with the lighting and exhaust fan. 2) There needs to be smoke detectors in all 3 berms.

Cigarette smoke should not be quite that involved, but I would be careful.
